How XDASH Works
Everything on this page follows one rule: no fake data. Every number in XDASH is either measured from your account or clearly labeled as an estimate — and estimates improve as your real payouts come in.
What XDASH Does
X's Creator Revenue Share program pays based on impressions from Premium subscribers. The problem: X gives you fragments. Your analytics are spread across screenshots, the monetization tab, and follower lists, and the payout formula itself is not public. XDASH pulls those fragments into one surface and answers three questions: Am I eligible (or how far off am I)? Is my reach growing or decaying? What is my next payout likely to be?
The eligibility thresholds tracked are the program's real requirements: 5M organic impressions over a rolling 3-month window, 500 verified followers, a $30 minimum payout, and a 14-day payout cycle.
Quick Start
1. Create an account and enter your X handle — no X login or password needed, XDASH reads public data only.
2. Hit Pull Data in the Data Collection section. This fetches your profile, your recent posts with view counts, and starts a follower scan in the background. Profile and post pulls are unlimited (with a short cooldown); follower scans are limited to 3 per month because they are the expensive operation.
3. While the scan runs (a few minutes for 1K followers, roughly an hour for 10K), your post metrics already populate the dashboard. When the scan completes, verified-follower counts and verified-impression estimates unlock automatically.
4. Upload a screenshot of your X monetization dashboard or use Manual Entry to record your actual balance and payouts. This is what powers calibration — see below.
How Data Gets In
Live pulls
XDASH collects public data about your account: profile stats, post view counts, engagement counts, and your follower list with Premium status. No API keys, no X login, no access to your account.
Screenshot OCR
Some numbers only exist inside your own X dashboard — your actual accrued balance, your actual verified impressions. Upload a screenshot and XDASH extracts the numbers with AI vision, shows you what it read, and asks you to confirm before saving. Nothing is stored without your confirmation.
Manual entry
Type any number in directly. Manual entries are treated as measured values — they take precedence over estimates.
Reading the Tags
Every headline number carries a chip that tells you where it came from:
How Estimates Work
X does not publish its payout formula. Anyone who claims to know the exact math is guessing. What is public: the ranking system's open-source code (which signals count) and the program rules (only Premium-subscriber impressions pay). XDASH is built on what can be defended:
Verified impression share
Only impressions from Premium subscribers count toward payouts. XDASH estimates your share using your actual scanned premium-follower ratio — not an industry average. If you have not run a follower scan, this shows as empty rather than a made-up number.
Earnings estimates and calibration
Estimated earnings start from a public industry-reported rate and carry a wide range to be honest about the uncertainty. Every time you record a real payout (screenshot or manual entry), XDASH compares its estimate to what actually happened and adjusts your personal rate. After a few payout cycles the estimate is yours, not an average — and the range narrows.
The accuracy receipt
XDASH tracks its own error: how far past estimates were from your real payouts. That number is shown to you. If the estimates are off, you will know exactly how off — that is the standard the product holds itself to.
The Panels
Overview
Rolling 3-Month Organic Impressions — your progress toward the 5M eligibility threshold, with a sparkline of recent history. Verified Follower Count — scanned count of Premium-subscribed followers against the 500 minimum. Verified Home Timeline Impressions — history chart, one data point per pull. Accrued Balance — your recorded balance and payout dates.
Data Collection
Pull Data button with per-source status, screenshot upload with OCR confirmation, manual entry, the unfollow scanner, and automation settings.
Historical
Goal tracker (pace toward 5M with daily targets), week-over-week and month-over-month trend comparison, and a 7/30/90-day history chart with CSV export.
Advanced
Premium vs Premium+ breakdown, reply revenue contribution, media format performance, and distribution analysis. These populate as your snapshot history grows — expect them to be sparse in your first week.
Unfollow Scanner
Losing verified followers hurts twice: it cuts your payout base and risks your 500-follower eligibility floor. The scanner keeps a baseline of your follower list and diffs it on each scan, surfacing exactly who unfollowed. Scan depth depends on your plan tier. Each event can be marked reviewed, blocked, or ignored.
Automation
Turn on scheduled collection and XDASH pulls your data automatically every 6 hours — your history builds without you logging in. Automation respects the same scan limits as manual pulls. You can toggle it any time in Automation Settings.
FAQ
Why do some panels show nothing?
Because you have no measured data for them yet — XDASH never fills gaps with fake numbers. Each empty panel says exactly which action unlocks it.
Why is my estimated payout a range?
Because the true rate varies by audience and X does not publish the formula. The range is honest uncertainty. Record real payouts and it narrows.
Does XDASH need my X password?
No. XDASH reads public data and what you upload. It never logs into your account.
Why only 3 follower scans a month?
Follower scans are the most expensive data operation. Three per month is enough for a baseline plus a mid-month and end-of-month check. Profile and post pulls are unlimited.
Is XDASH affiliated with X?
No. XDASH is an independent tool and is not affiliated with X Corp.
